We were selected by the RS Agency for development of small and medium-sized enterprizes to conduct an assessment of the current educational statistics and develop guidelines for its improvement. The main purpose of the project is to conduct a critical assessment of the current system of collection, exchange and dissemination of statistics in the field of education, identify possibilities for improvement, and propose solution that will lead to improved capacities of institutions that produce education statistics to serve better the information needs of partners in BiH, as well as international organizations.
The project is divided into three stages:
1. analysis of the existing data collection system in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the education sector with regards to the obligations it has towards international organizations,
2. Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement of the current system at all levels,
3. development of guidelines for data collection in the education sector
The project is implemented through cooperation with the RS Agency for development of small and medium-sized enterprizes.The project is financially supported by the Swiss Development Cooperation through their Prilika Plus program, and implementation of our project is supported by the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs, Department of Education.
The project is being implemented in the period September – December 2016. Our experts involved in the project are Nermin Oruc and Fahrudin Memic.
