CREDI is commissioned by the USAID to carry out an evaluation of the ENABLE project (Enhancing and Advancing Basic Learning and Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina). USAID is funding and Save the Children is implementing this project to develop key science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) educational competencies in 12 pilot schools BiH.
Evaluation will examine the impact of introduced content on social skills and their relationship with the psychological and academic performance of the children. Three different assessments will be produced: impact assessment, performance assessment and cost assessment. The evaluation will be conducted in period September 2018-December 2020, with three surveys in 24 schools in BiH (12 pilot and 12 comparison schools) scheduled for December 2018-February 2019 (baseline), October 2019 (midline) and May 2020 (endline survey).
