Our Centre, in a consortium led by Ecorys, is participating in the implementation of the Independent Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning of the Good Governance Fund (GGF) project. GGF is a highly responsive, adaptive, demand-led fund, largely focused on supporting governance and economic reform in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. We as consortium will support GGF by: a) tracking progress towards achieving outcomes (including leveraging wider resources and political commitment to reform areas, and influencing government and donor policy); b) monitoring changes in the context, assumptions, risks, constraints and opportunities; c) helping GGF to identify and use evidence and learning to inform decision making; d) testing the country and overall GGF theories of change. The project is planned to be implemented from June 2018 until March 2021.
