CREDI as a subcontractor in a consortium led by UDA Consulting from Turkey, was selected to conduct a survey of 3.000 unemployed respondents across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The survey is a part of the Evaluation of pilot provision of private employment services in Bosnia and Herzegovina, implemented by the World Bank. The World Bank implements this project in collaboration with Kolektiv d.o.o. and their job-searching platform MojPosao.ba that will be used to identify 2.000 registered non-employed participants. The participants of the program will be randomly divided into two treated groups, one that will receive the counselling services and customized skills training, and another group that will also receive job matching services. For the purposes of evaluation, a control group of non-employed participants that were not included in any employment program will be surveyed. The main objective of this evaluation is to estimate the impact of different employment programs.
The first phase of survey (baseline) is expected to be implemented in September of 2020, and the second phase (end-line) after the end of programs implementation in September of 2021.
