CREDI is selected to conduct quantitative research that is part of the University and Gender Mainstreaming (UNIGEM) project. This is the first regional project of this type and it is implemented in cooperation with 18 universities from four countries; BiH, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
This project is supported by the Government of the United Kingdom, and the coordinator is the TPO Foundation from Sarajevo. The TPO Foundation advocates for gender equality, dialogue and peacebuilding through partnerships between civil society, academia and government institutions. This project will examine gender policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, protective measures against gender inequality, as well as perceptions and attitudes about gender equality and sexual harassment, and the level of knowledge relevant to these topics. This research will be conducted on the sample of 5000 respondents including students, academic and non-academic staff at 18 partner universities in the four countries.
