CREDI is conducting the final evaluation of the programme “Sustainable Models of Mobile Elderly Care in Georgia and Bosnia and Herzegovina” that is implemented by Hilfswerk. The evaluation is led by the ISSA Institute from Georgia. The main objective of the project is to foster increased access to mobile care services for elderly persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Georgia and contribute to the implementation of an inclusive policy framework that strengthens their position in society and ensures the fulfilment of their rights. In order to achieve its overall objective, the project is developing and testing integrated mobile home care service models in selected municipalities to safeguard uniform quality implementation standards in both countries through the operation of financially sustainable social service providers called “House of Support”.
