CREDI is pleased to announce the launch of a new regional online platform for state aid transparency, developed as part of the project “Establishment of a Platform for Dialogue and Transparency of State Aid Policy in the Western Balkan-6”, supported by the Open Society Foundations – Western Balkans.
The platform, available at https://stateaid.financethink.mk/, represents a key milestone in ongoing regional efforts to improve access to state aid data, strengthen policy dialogue, and enhance alignment with European Union standards. It serves as a centralized hub where policymakers, researchers, and the broader public can access comparable data, analytical insights, and relevant resources on state aid across the Western Balkans.
This regional initiative is implemented by the WEBEcon Network in cooperation with its member organizations: Finance Think (North Macedonia), Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses – ISSP (Montenegro), Center for Advanced Economic Studies – CEVES (Serbia), GAP Institute (Kosovo), Development Solutions Associates – DSA (Albania), and CREDI (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Through joint efforts, the initiative enhances the visibility, accessibility, and comparability of state aid data across the Western Balkans, contributing to more effective policy design and improved accountability in public spending.
