Meldina Kokorović Jukan, PhD, is Assistant Professor at the Tuzla University. Has over 10 years of academic career, while currently holds a position of the Assistant Professor at department of Finance and Financial Theory, with the main focus on research in the area of finance and teaching at all three study levels at the Faculty of Economics, University in Tuzla. Authored and co-authored 1 book and over 30 scientific and research papers published nationally and internationally. Mentored and supervised 3 master theses, with regular involvement in the evaluation of postgraduate research. Professional interests: financial literacy, management of financial institutions, corporate financial management, as well as project monitoring and evaluation. Notable engagements include leading role and participation in 5 projects. She was awarded US Department of State JFDP fellowship in 2009 and USAID/BiH MEASURE-BiH fellowship for 2015. to 2017.

Jasmina Okicic has been working at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla for 11 years where she currently works as Associate Professor in the field of Quantitative Economics. She was awarded the Gold Medal by the University of Tuzla for outstanding results achieved during her undergraduate study. Her research interests include Research Methods, Quantitative Finance and Econometrics. As an author and co-author, she published two university textbooks and is the author of many scientific and professional papers. Jasmina Okičić has participated in several local and international projects organized by the EU. She also attended many scientific conferences in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.

Nermin Oruc holds PhD degree in Economics from Staffordshire University, UK. He has 8 years of teaching experience from local universities, where he taught Econometrics, Research Methods, Labour Economic and Economic Development, as well as more than 10 years of experience in leading andparticipating in research projects. He was also employed as a consultant on a number of projects with World Bank, IOM, UNDP, and other organisations. His research interests include migration, labour market analysis, poverty and inequality. He was awarded teaching fellowship by the CERGE-EI Prague for the period 2012-2015 and InGRID visiting fellowship to ISER, University of Essex. Nermin is currently Coordinator of the Western Balkans Migration Network and leader of the national team for BiHMOD, a micro-simulation model for tax and benefits policies in BiH, based on EUROMOD.
