Our research team, composed of Nermin Oruč, Ilma Kurtović, and Amela Kurta, has successfully completed the InfraBooster Practitioner Module, an EIT-labelled and accredited programme.
The InfraBooster Practitioner Module is designed to empower professionals working in or with public research infrastructures to develop innovation-oriented services for industry. Through this intensive training, the CREDI team gained valuable skills in designing infrastructure-based services, identifying and communicating the value of these services to industrial partners, and establishing effective collaboration between science and business.
Participants were equipped to:
- Design services based on research infrastructures (RIs) to support innovation in industrial companies,
- Identify and articulate key differentiators and added value of RI-based services for R&D,
- Develop messaging and marketing materials tailored to the needs of industrial stakeholders, and
- Initiate and manage two-way communication with industry partners.
With these new competencies, the CREDI team is now better positioned to strengthen the role of research infrastructures in Bosnia and Herzegovina in supporting innovation, knowledge transfer, and sustainable economic development.
