Through the CRS tender procedure, CREDI was selected to work on the project “Youth Engagement in Management and Decision-Making Processes.” Within this project, CREDI will examine the impact of the PRO-Future CRS project on the meaningful engagement of youth in management structures and the decision-making process. CREDI and its Survey Unit will collect relevant data by conducting telephone and online surveys, interviews, and focus groups with the participants of this project and will make quantitative and qualitative data analyses. This research will be conducted in July and August 2023. Interviewers employed in the CREDI Survey Unit will contact the participants of the PRO-Future project. The research will examine inter-ethnic relations in different local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, relations between residents of local communities and the authorities, the inclusion of young people in management and decision-making processes, and the PRO-Future project itself. The research will result in a report with the key results of the conducted quantitative and qualitative research and recommendations for the design of future CRS project activities.
